Dear Agent,

Since our official launch (June 1) to Real Estate Agents we have had a number of early success cases. Listing appointments. Potential listings. Quality conversations with buyers. It’s early for many, but the signals are clear. 1 agent per territory is proving to be a disruptive model.

Agent count is up. Not all zips (or agents) are created the same and we still have 70% availability in most states. But our recent data shows high-value areas are being claimed quickly. Less than 1,000 Premium zip codes remain.

Pricing Update – $2000/annually

Effective July 1st, our annual membership increased to $2,000 per year. We added a ton of features and users in the last 45 days and had to adjusted prices to meet demand.

How does this effect exisiting members? All existing members are grandfathered into your current rate for life.

  • .zipcode - When we say you ‘own your zipcode’ we mean it. Members will soon be able to claim their .zipcode domain associated with their zip and business class at no additional fee (e.g., REagent.90210.zipcode). Owner > Renter. Buy/Sell/Trade.

  • Enhanced Marketing Features - CTV and other marketing integrations direct in your portal to control your market.
